Reservation Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours of arrival to avoid a 1 (one) night penalty.

After this deadline, a daily penalty will be charged in case of late cancellation.

In case of no-show, 1 (one) daily penalty will be charged.



Check in from 14h and Check out until 12h.

Rates subject to readjustment without prior notice.

The Hotel does not have smoking areas.

The Hotel is not responsible for any material or object left on our premises or in the safe, by the guest.

The Hotel is not responsible for damages caused as a result of acts of God or force majeure.

The Hotel is not responsible for changes in the schedule of the city or state determined by laws or decrees.

The images used on websites and social networks are merely illustrative, and variations in furniture, colors and configuration may occur.

It is not allowed to remain shirtless in the reception or common areas of the hotel.

It is not allowed to leave the restaurant with food or drink.

Styrofoam is not allowed in the common areas of the hotel or pool.

Upon check-out, the room will be inspected. If there is excessive dirt (stains, grease, blood, paint, clay, etc.) a fine of R$ 500.00 will be charged. If there is damage or loss of objects, the value of the damage caused or the lost object will be added to the expenses.

Outdoor parking, daily R$ 35.00 per vehicle. Limited vacancies.

Extra requests such as crib, types of bed, change of floor, among others, depend on availability.

The hiring of extra items must comply with the information, deadlines and payment methods made available in the description of the items.


No Smoking Policy

We are committed to providing our guests with an odor-free environment.

If the use of smoking products is detected in the apartment, a cleaning fee equivalent to one day will be charged, according to the current rate (see the rate displayed at the Hotel reception).

This value will be used to carry out an intense cleaning after the guest leaves, which will result in the blocking of the apartment for at least one day

Youth Hosting Policy

  • In accordance with the Hotel's internal rules and policies, as well as compliance with Law 12,456 of 2011, art. 49, we inform you that smoking is expressly prohibited in the common and internal areas of the apartments.
  • The Hotel's corridors and apartments are equipped with smoke detectors that must not be removed or disabled, any attempt to inhibit their operation will trigger the fire alarm and, if damage is found to the device, a fee of R$ 1,000.00 will be charged (one thousand reais).

Prohibition of Use of Sound

It is not allowed to use sound devices or speakers in the pool area or in other common areas of the Hotel, according to Law nº 8.097/97 to combat noise pollution.


No animal species is allowed on the premises of the Hotel.

Accommodation Policy for Children Under 18 Years

1 (one) child free (free) under the condition of up to 07 (seven) full years old in the same apartment as the parents and under the same booking record. The apartment DOES NOT have a bed for the free child who must be accommodated with the parents.

By determination of Federal Law nº 8.069, of 07/13/1990, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years old, unless accompanied by one of their parents or legally qualified guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his or her guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of Check in, a document authorizing the accommodation of the minor in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Pursuant to Article 2 of Law No. 5,553/68, the hotel may extract a reprographic copy of the data from the minors' documents, then returning the document to the exhibitor. The accommodation of a foreign minor must respect the same guidelines above and follow the laws in force.

Note: If the minor is only with his or her guardian, it will be necessary to present, at check-in, the minor's RG or birth certificate together with a document authorizing the accommodation in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Important: travel authorization document is not valid



At check-in, guests must present the same credit card used to pay for the reservation. If the reservation has been made using a third-party card, an authorization from the cardholder must be presented, with a notarized signature, acknowledging the aforementioned payment for the reservation in question.



A pre-authorization will be made on the guest's credit card, in the full amount, as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, as a way of guaranteeing the payment of consumption and extra services. The amount charged will only be the actual consumption.

In case of refusal of pre-authorization or the guest does not have a credit card, the Point of Sale (restaurant, room service, minibar, lobby bar and acquamarine) will be blocked, and payment must occur at the time of consumption, i.e. , you cannot pay at check-out.



A 5% (five percent) fee will be charged for the ISS.
